1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tblsp. garlic salt
1 cup grits (quick cooking not instant)
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 cub shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can rotel
Bring water and milk to a boil in medium sause pan. Add salt, then grits; stir 1-2 minutes.
Reduce heat and cover. Cook 3 more minutes. Add butter, cheese, and rotel. Pour into
9x9 dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with extra cheese if desired.
***You can double the recipe and use a 13x9 dish.***
